Hello! I’m an engineering leader who genuinely loves building things – teams, systems, platforms, and yes, the occasional debugging ritual that somehow turns into a team-bonding exercise. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading high-performing, globally distributed groups who consistently deliver secure, reliable, and forward-looking solutions.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and tactical execution – big-picture thinking paired with the willingness to roll up my sleeves and get into the architectural weeds when needed. I’m especially passionate about designing systems that are elegant, resilient, and meaningful to the people who use them. And while I care a lot about velocity and business value, I care even more about clarity, craftsmanship, and creating an environment where great ideas (and great engineers) can thrive.

I’m known as the kind of leader who listens closely, coaches thoughtfully, and builds teams where people feel supported, trusted, and proud of the work they do. Creating an inclusive, collaborative culture isn’t a part-time effort for me, it’s the core of how technology gets built and how people grow. I believe in accountability that feels empowering, not heavy. I believe in transparency, even when the news isn’t glamorous. And I believe that teams do their best work when they’re given space, direction, and a little bit of humor along the way.

As a lifelong learner and unapologetic tinkerer, I keep a close eye on emerging technologies, especially AI, ML, and the evolving world of agentic systems. I love exploring how these tools can reduce friction, strengthen decision-making, and spark new efficiencies. Whether it’s optimizing processes, modernizing legacy platforms, or negotiating for resources in a packed cross-functional room, I take pride in bringing focus, calm, and clarity to fast-moving environments.

At the end of the day, my job (and joy) is simple: build impactful products, build strong partnerships, and build teams that are better, faster, and more confident than they were yesterday. And if we can deliver on time, on budget, and with fewer late-night fire drills – well, that’s my favorite kind of success story.
